How can mindset training help you or your athlete? Mindset training can help if they are coming back from an injury, had a setback, have low self-confidence, or mental block. However, you or your gymnast can also benefit from mindset training if they are looking to gain that competitive edge in their performance!
As Yogi Berra’ once said, “Sports are 90% mental, and the other half is physical.” If you want to compete like the best athlete, you must think like one! This requires psychological training and preparation!
One thing I personally love about mindset training is that it helps develop the whole athlete and prepares them to be their best both in and out of the gym!
